Ever notice just how honest and innocent the words are that flows from the heart of a kid? Kids do most definitely say the strangest things. Kids also are noted for saying the saddest of things. Such as:

Mommy, why doesn't dad do anything with us anymore?
Mom...when will dad be back?
Mommy, why is daddy so............
Mommy why do you and daddy always...........
Mom, how come daddy ............
Mommy does daddy love me?
Mommy, why don't we go to church?
Mom, dad doesn't ever................any more.
Mommy, why don't you and Daddy..............anymore?
Mommy, where's daddy?

Daddy, why is mommy crying?
Daddy, do you believe in God?
Daddy, do you and mommy love each other?
Daddy, is there really a hell?
Daddy, is there really a devil, what does he look like?
Daddy.......how old will I be when you grow up?
Daddy, why do you and mommy always seem to..........
Daddy, where's heaven, is God up there?
Daddy, if I die, where would I go, will I ever see you again......?
Daddy,.....is there animals in .....where God is?

Dad, isn't it funny how most of these questions deserve an honest answer? Have you ever given it any thought just how you'd answer any of the above questions? One way or the other your child will have answers, either the right ones or the wrong ones. Just who would you trust to answer your child's questions about the love of dad and mom and the love of God? Kids start early in life on a quest for answers, somehow and somewhere they seem to find some one willing to tell them....... Another day has slipped by and tomorrow is on it's way, who will be giving your child the answers? Please Husbands and Dads...read Proverbs 22:6, it is so applicable to the above thoughts.
